MESSAGEmanager Domino Voice Mail is an expandable and affordable Voice Mail solution based on VoiceXML, Lotus Domino, Notes, Microsoft SQL and media processing resources from Intel and Cantata.

Voice messages and user details are stored in Microsoft SQL Database and synchronized with Domino and the Notes Name and Address Book. Messages are accessed via Lotus Notes or the Telephone User Interface. Desktop message playback is via the local telephone handset or PC speaker.

MESSAGEmanager is based on VoiceXML; a web based standard markup language for voice applications based on XML. This platform enables MESSAGEmanager to support virtually any telephony requirement and to be easily customised without having to rely on proprietary scripts and special mail boxes.

Features:

• Flexible Auto Attendant designed in VoiceXML/JavaScript to be easily customised to suit any requirements.
• Default Auto Attendant provides up to nine options to direct callers to groups or extensions.
• Subscriber details are stored in Microsoft SQL Database.
• Subscribers can set up to 5 customisable Greetings.
• Voice Mail messages arrive as an email attachment in the Notes Inbox and can be forwarded to any internal or external email address, archived or deleted as standard mail items.
• Messages can be left for a defined group and can be delivered to users on a first to retrieve basis via the Telephone User Interface
• Management Tools available as Microsoft Management Console (MMC) and/or .NET enabled Web Management Tools.
• Reports provide details of voice channel and mailbox usage.
