Sending facsimiles
from Peoplesoft
MESSAGEmanager supports
the fax integration protocol written and supported
by Peoplesoft. Peoplesoft applications write fax documents to
a designated directory location on the server with a
control file containing information to direct and
identify the fax such as the recipients and the fax
address. Files can be in Postscript, PCL or Windows
formats.
MESSAGEmanager polls the
directory for documents to be faxed and routes them
to a FAX Server for processing.
