MESSAGEmanager GroupWise
FAX is an enterprise wide Fax Solution designed specifically
for Novell GroupWise.
MESSAGEmanager integrates
with other business applications such as SAP, Peoplesoft,
Oracle, J.D. Edwards, Notes & Domino, Outlook &
Exchange, l, and Internet/SMTP Mail to provide easy
to use, easy to manage document delivery.
Sending a fax is as
easy as sending mail.
MESSAGEmanager works exactly like mail. Just click on
the fax address, attach your document and send. No additional
software is required on the desktop - any GroupWise
client can be used to send and receive facsimiles.
- MESSAGEmanager does
the rest - converting Rich Text, word processing documents,
spreadsheets and presentations into fax with the fonts,
formats and graphics intact.
- Fax Addresses can be
maintained in GroupWise Global or Personal Address
books.
- Messages can be scheduled
as High (urgent), Normal or Low (deferred to an off
peak time).
- Notifications in your
mailbox provide you with details of the success or
failure of the transmission and a copy of the sent
fax.
Should the transmission fail, you are advised of the
reason for failure.
