users to send and receive faxes to and from the Notes
Desktop just like sending an email.
- Just enter the fax
address, attach the file and send.
- No additional software
is required on the desktop.
- Messages can be sent
via the standard Notes memo form or customized fax
templates.
- Fax addresses can be
maintained in the Notes Name and Address Book.
- Messages can be scheduled
as urgent, normal or deferred to an off peak time.
- You can charge the
cost of the fax to a job or department.
