Microsoft Gold Certified Partner MESSAGEmanager Solutions has announced the availability of MESSAGEmanager Exchange 2010 FAX Connector. MESSAGEmanager Fax provides seamless integration with Exchange via a .net based connector enabling Outlook users to send and receive facsimiles as easily as sending and receiving mail. Organizations migrating to Exchange Server 2010 can be confident their investments in network-based fax capability and unified messaging systems will be preserved.

MESSAGEmanager IP FAX provides complete support for Microsoft UM and IP technologies for example users that have the same number for both voice and fax. MESSAGEmanager Connector can be installed on the FAX Server, or Hub transport server. MMC management tools are provided to configure and manage fax services, application gateways, fax queues. SNMP, SCOM, E-mail, pager and SMS alerts provide notification of error conditions. MESSAGEmanager uses standard Active Directory fields, without extending the schema and provides a flexible mapping tool so that any fields can be utilized for fax requirements such Direct InDial Numbers. There is no separate user database to be maintained or synchronized with Active Directory.
