Founded as System Solutions, we have over 20 years of data, voice and telephony experience delivering solutions that unite telephony and information technology in a way that embraces an organisation's availability, customer service and efficiency.

We are a pioneer of computer based messaging and communications. Our history dates back to 1982 and the development of solutions which enabled Word Processors, Mini and Mainframe computing systems to send and receive telex messages. The solutions are still in use today at sites such as Union Bank of California which sends and receives telex messages (and facsimiles) from Notes and Domino in many of its branches.

Our fax experience commenced in 1986 with the introduction of computer based fax to Australia and work with Telecom Australia and OTC to deliver FaxStream and EasiFax to the Australian market. Today MESSAGEmanager FAX is the leading fax server in AsiaPac with over 60% market share according to IDC Davidson Consulting.

In 1986 we developed Voice Response solutions that provided telephone callers with the price and availability of fish for the Sydney Fish Market and Foreign Exchange Rates for Westpac. Today the MESSAGEmanager Speech Enabled VoiceXML solution delivers information to callers to the Rural Fire Service and Melbourne Airport.

Today we deliver IP and TDM Voice and Fax solutions for AC Nielsen, Unisys, DCITA, Laminex, Credit Union of Australia and integrating Microsoft OCS and SIP solutions on various switches and PBX's.
