Contacts Database
The SQL Contacts Database stores all the information you need about the Fax, SMS and E-mail addresses and
lists that you regularly use.
The database is ideal for managing broadcast lists. You can add, delete and display contacts and broadcast lists.
External contacts including Outlook contacts can easily be uploaded into the database.

Queue Management
From any workstation you can display and manage current and archived outgoing and incoming message queue information.
Dependant on your security levels you can:
- Display and print transmitted and received messages you are authorised to view.
- Cancel, change message priority or resubmit messages to the original or new destination.
- Sort queue by date, time, recipient name,
fax number or subject.
- Display incoming and outgoing messages based on specific criteria - routed, complete, pending, sent, failed etc.
- Find messages using custom selection criteria such as date range, messages addressed to a particular name, all messages with a specific subject etc.

|
| Payment Card Industry Data Security Compliance |
| |
| The PCI compliant E-mail Gateway can deliver a URL link to the mailbox rather then the actual fax content - i.e no file attachment is included in the e-mail message. The message content is stored in the secure MESSAGEmanager File Store. Access to the file is provided by a Web Client user, or group of users, authorised to view the message (based on the cureent Web Client Group and Security Settings). No extra user login or database is requred for fax authentication - Active Directory controls all access. |
