- Print to Fax direct from any application as an alternative to saving the file on the desktop and sending from e-mail.
- Users are automatically notified by e-mail of the success or failure of their transmission, with an optional copy of the fax sent. and the cost of the call. If the transmission fails, the user is notified of the reason for failure.

- Incoming faxes ccan be routed to a user's mailbox and received as e-mail with a TIFF, PDF or Searchable PDF attachment*.
- Incoming faxes can also be routed to printers, public folders, distribution groups, or Windows directories, using the recipient's DID number, or the sender's CSID or CLI.
- Exchange 2007/2010 Connector sender address can be configured to include the CLI or CSID when routing inbound faxes so that users can easily reply to the originating fax address.
* on Premise only, for on Demand inbound faxes are delivered as PDF.
