MESSAGEmanager Solutions and Partners are offering a Fax Upgrade Program ("Program") for the period between September 1st, 2008 and December 31st, 2008 ("Applicable Period").

The following terms and conditions apply to the Program:

  • The Program is solely in effect during the Applicable Period.
  • Eligible Products must be purchased and invoiced during the Applicable Period to be considered for a trade in rebate payment or credit ("Rebate").
  • The Program is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers and/or special pricing discounts from MESSAGEmanager Solutions. This means that an Eligible Product that was purchased at a special discount rate or under another promotional offer is not eligible for the Program.
  • To qualify for a Rebate, the Program participant needs to purchase the Eligible Product during the Applicable Period and then return the qualifying trade-in equipment ("Trade-In Products").
  • Trade-In Products must be returned to MESSAGEmanager Solutions at customer's cost and such return must occur within sixty (60) days of purchase of the Eligible Product.
  • A product is not an Eligible Product or a Trade-In Product if it was provided for evaluation purposes, leased or sourced by the Program participant outside of a MESSAGEmanager approved channel.
  • The Program participant represents that it holds free and clear title to the Trade-In Product.
  • Title of the Trade-In Product passes to MESSAGEmanager Solutions upon MESSAGEmanager Solutions receipt of the Trade-In Product.
  • Rebate calculations are based on the number of ports on the Trade-In Product,
    provided that the corresponding Eligible Product purchased contains an equal or greater number of ports.
  • Program participants are responsible for payment of all taxes, if applicable, in connection with the receipt of Rebate(s).
  • Non-compliance with the Program guidelines and requirements may result in, but is not limited to, non-eligibility for the program.
